Job Title: Project Manager (E&S)
Job Responsibilities:
1. Provide leadership to project planning and team execution
2. Responsible for successful execution of a project by working the project scope, budget, delivery, enterprise timing, and risk management
3. Report project status to regional management team in regular basis
4. Ensure all aspects of the development process are followed
5. Manage enterprise wide value stream with the extended team
6. Manage customer communication, coordination, and issue resolution within the enterprise
7. Manage cross regional internal communication and coordinate multiple design centers activities
8. Be ready to travel in short notice at any time
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor Degree and a minimum of 5 years’ experience with product development and/or project management oversea.
2. Excellent interpersonal / communication skills
3. English reading/writing and verbal communication skills are similar to native
4. Good presentation skill, expert in PPT and excel
5. Leadership skills and ability to coordinate many tasks
6. With technical capability (especially SW and IC) is preferred
7. Commitment and focus to the customer
8. Good understanding of project management knowledge areas & skills
9. Analytical and problem solving ability
10. Ability to deal with competing objectives and time constraints
